We offer express shipping WORLDWIDE to over 100 countries. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday usually within a few hours of receiving the order but it can take up to 1-2 working days in case of busy sales period or incorrect address information. UK Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed although we try our best to make sure the customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
Tracking is provided as soon as the parcel is shipped.
UK Delivery takes 1-3 Working Days and Europe / Rest of World Delivery takes 2-4 Working Days Approx. The above are approximate times and are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped by ROYAL MAIL or DHL EXPRESS depending on Weight & Value. All orders are 100% INSURED before being shipped.

Accuracy of Billing, Account and Shipping Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Purchasing from outside the United Kingdom (UK)
All electrical appliances sold through our website come equipped with a UK or EU 220v mains adapter. It is your responsibility to make sure the device is compatible for use in your country. SHOP4BODY.COM accepts no responsibility for any damage resulting from improper or unauthorized use. We make every effort to ensure that goods advertised for sale on the Website are described accurately. However, the descriptions of goods on the Website do not form part of the contract between you and us. They are designed to represent a general idea of the Goods. You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us are suitable for your intended purpose. We do not give any warranty that the Goods, which you purchase from us, are suitable for your intended purpose. Please note: Product Box may come in non-English packaging but user guides & manuals always have the English language.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach by us of this contract, including, but not limited to, consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of third parties. In any event, our liability to you arising directly from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the Goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
Customs Duties & Taxes
If requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK this may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. SHOP4BODY.COM has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from Country to Country therefore you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from SHOP4BODY.COM you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
All products are quality tested by the manufacturer. In case any fault develops then all our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is normally 1 year unless specified otherwise.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us:
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product. The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)] [with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
If you decide to cancel the order before it has been dispatched we will refund you back in full. If the product has already been shipped we will deduct our Postage charges and 3% administration fees. If the product seal has been opened or product packaging is even slightly damaged we reserve the right to charge Restocking fees of 50% plus original postage costs.
1) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned back to us within 30 days of receipt.
2) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3) The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4) Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Refunds will be processed via the method originally used to pay us for e.g. PayPal or Credit Card. Once we have received the product and if appropriate a refund will be credited to the payment card within 3 working days.
