Q. What happens if the item I receive is faulty?

A. All products are quality tested by the manufacturer. In case any fault develops then all our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is normally 2 years unless specified otherwise. You can contact us to arrange a repair or a replacement Unit.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not affect your statutory right (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us:

We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product. The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)] [with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. If you decide to cancel the order before we have dispatched it we will refund you back in full without any penalties. Restocking fees of 15% and original postage cost will be charged to cover all admin expenses incurred.

Please note:

1) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned back to us within 30 days of receipt.

2) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3) The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

4) Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
